Information about FeesApartment Rental: Most properties require a brokerage fee equal to one months rent. However some properties are offered at NO FEE. Generally properties we represent will need to be secured with first month rent, last month rent, and a security deposit, as much as one month rent. Real Estate Sales: All properties for sale are offered at NO FEE to you! The sellers of real estate are responsible for paying us the fee. We charge owners a standard 5% to 6% of the final sales price. Commercial Leasing: Citylife Real Estate offers competitive fees to owners of commercial property.
